We are a Premier Agent and an Appointed Representative for Homelet, and Deacon Insurance products. As such we are able to offer specialist let building and contents insurance to both landlords and tenants including flat/block management. All products are especially designed to cover let property and as such cover tenant damage and loss of rent. In addition, we currently offer FREE rent protection insurance for the first six months of a tenancy as well as standard legal and emergency repairs cover. TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME
We are authorised under the government's Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme to handle tenancy deposits on a landlord's behalf. We are a member of the Disputes Service Scheme. The company is one of only three government approved contractors providing independent dispute resolution under these rules. RECOURSE
Our membership of 'NALS' National Approved Letting Scheme, the 'OEA' Ombudsman for Estate Agents and the 'NLA' National Landlords Association provides you with the necessary re-assurance that our service, our products and our abilities have been tested and approved, whilst at the same time providing recompense for substantiated complaints.

TAX
Both UK and overseas landlords are required to declare their rental income to HM Revenue and Customs on an Annual Return. An overseas landlord should have applied to the Revenue prior to leaving the UK. In such a case NRL (Non Resident Landlord) form should have been completed and returned to our office. These forms are unique to us and will need our approved agent code. Where this is not the case we as agent have a responsibility to deduct tax from rental income at source. Our local tax agent Graham Treadwell of Treadwell Associates would be happy to speak with you if you have any particular queries.
