All products are especially designed to cover let property and as such cover tenant damage and loss of rent. TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME

We are authorised under the government's Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme to handle tenancy deposits on a landlord's behalf. We are a member of the Disputes Service Scheme. The company is one of only three government approved contractors providing independent dispute resolution under these rules. TAX

Both UK and overseas landlords are required to declare their rental income to HM Revenue and Customs on an Annual Return. An overseas landlord should have applied to the Revenue prior to leaving the UK. In such a case NRL (Non Resident Landlord) form should have been completed and returned to our office. These forms are unique to us and will need our approved agent code. Where this is not the case we as agent have a responsibility to deduct tax from rental income at source. Our local tax agent Graham Treadwell of Treadwell Associates would be happy to speak with you if you have any particular queries.
